 Six channels of quality control 

1. The first inspection: use the spectrometer and tensile hardness testing equipment to test the raw materials, and then carry out the corrosion test of the raw materials.

2. The second inspection: after we cast the hair embryo, we will conduct the first inspection on the product, mainly to check the appearance and whether there are any defects in each part.

3. The third inspection: in our processed products, we will carry out manual measurement data for 24 hours to ensure that each product is sampled at least twice and cleaned by ultrasonic wave.

4. The fourth inspection: after the product processing is completed and the ultrasonic cleaning is carried out, we will conduct a hydraulic test on the product to detect whether the product has water leakage and internal airway defects.

5. The fifth inspection: use three coordinate equipment to carry out 100% sampling inspection on the products

6. The sixth inspection: the assembly line inspection on the appearance of each product, to confirm whether there is any defect, and on the product anti-rust oil.
