Notes d'installation
Head Bolt Torque Sequence:
Stage 1: Tighten all bolts to 30 Nm
Stage 2: Turn each bolt +90° , then again +90°
Utiliser new TTY head bolts
Utiliser MLS gasket rated for turbocharged diesel applications
Resurface head deck if warpage >0.05 mm
Inspect oil/coolant passages and valve seats
Replace glow plugs and check valve clearance (if mechanical lifters)
