Product Description
This complete cylinder head assembly is designed for the Nissan ZD30 3.0L turbo diesel engine, widely used in Patrol, Caravan, Terrano, Atlas, and Navara models, as well as in light trucks and industrial applications.
Manufactured with high-strength aluminum alloy and fully assembled with all valvetrain components, this head is a direct bolt-on solution for both naturally aspirated and turbocharged versions, including ZD30DD, ZD30DDT, ZD30ETi, ZD30DI, and ZD30CR.
Ideal for engine rebuilds, cracked head replacement, or performance restoration.

Installation Precautions
- Clean and check block deck for flatness before mounting.
- Torque head bolts in the correct sequence in 3–4 steps.
- Align timing marks precisely when refitting the camshaft/timing chain.
